El Paisa is my favorite restaurant by far. They start out with complimentary nacho chips and THREE bowls of salsa and dip.
The carne asada tacos were a hit everytime. They do the cooking out front of the restaurant along the sidewalk, such a cool vibe.
The rice was tasty, the refried beans were great (and the only restaurant that actually served them hot)
They bring out this big tray just for you with 5 compartments of cucumbers, red onions, cabbage (I think) pico and limes.
