Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Baja California

We went to visit family rented a few suites across from Buffalo wild wings don't ever come here . So many bad things in here . We arrived everything was smooth until when it was time to order . They don't have actual menus everything is digital and they gave us a dirty tablet with grime from others using ut to order. So when it was time to order it was a mess and my man ordered a fancy alcohol drink and the alcohol was water down we had to ask if they had giving him the wrong drink so the server brought the whole bottle and pour a shot on our drink n then we waited for ever to get our food n then another girl comes over to bring us the check n she took out 770.00 pesos for their services so you have no way of knowing what that is because they will not tell you they just tell you do I charge the service to this card ? So I said yes but I had no idea what she was talking about and I'm not about to be asking when I'm with family and we were charged more than what we pay for over here in California lol So we added everything up and we believe they over charged us 100 dlls. Oh and their menus on the tablet doesn't come with their prices . If you want to see them you have to go on your phone lol We will never go back there ever again !!! So sad that we really wanted to continue going there with our family but they made it impossible and...

Our experience at the restaurant was not the best, but it wasn’t the worst either. We were seated quickly, but the food took quite a while to arrive. We were seated at 8:14 pm, but our food didn’t arrive until 8:40 pm. When I ordered a pina colada, the glass was wet and left the table wet. I asked for a napkin to wipe it, but then the waitress came back with a rag and cleaned the table while we were still sitting there. We were sitting in a booth, so it was awkward. I ordered nachos as an appetizer, which took forever to arrive. Then, 5 minutes later, they brought our wings. My cheese sticks looked like they had been frozen, and I had asked for regular wings, which she did not bring. But I didn’t want to ask to change it because I didn’t want to wait even longer. So I just ate them. When I asked for the check, the waitress tipped herself $20, which I understand is generated automatically. However, the service and food were not worth a $20 tip. Workers are dishonest. I’ve visited twice and both times they’ve tried to to rip me off through the tips.

The first time the guy charged us a tip of 15%, without asking us, which really threw me off and just really left a bad taste since the service was not even good.

This last time I went, another server charged us 20%, when I told him 15%. Which is not even that much more but it’s the fact that they are stealing from me that bothers me. I don’t know what’s going on here, maybe they’re not getting paid enough, so they feel the need to steal from customers. But management seriously needs to do something about this, cause they are just stealing at this point. The server’s name was Vicente by the way.
