The restaurant is clean that's about the only good thing about the place. The quality of the food is terrible. The attitude of the employees is average, however, they do not go out of their way to help you like a different restaurant would. Do not order the coffee unless you like sour coffee. We ordered the pancakes which were decent and I ordered chicken BBQ sandwich and it was not good at all. Don't really have fotos yet, but I can tell you, been here many times, because it is right next to my gym, and the thing that bothers me the most, is they always don't have stuff that shows on the menu, and ask for tips in the drive thru. Plus they don't validate your parking ticket, unless you order through the drive thru. Plus the burgers are not as thick as you would get in the United States, yet they use the same pictures. Then many times when you order the $6 size burgers, they tell you, they don't carry the big burger meat. Sad, because...

You know it was very very very busy the customer service personnel were friendly seemingly happy and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately even though I waited at the counter for the food to be given to me directly all of our food was cold. Not just not hot but cold. We ate it anyways because I didn't want to complain and wait another 20 minutes to get another order of food that probably would have come out cold as well.
