We ordered the pork ribs, the Chieng’s shrimp and egg special, the hakau dumplings, and the lo mein noodles. Everything was simple yet really delicious, and the portions were generous for the price (we ended up taking a lot of it to go!) —such great value. We didn’t realize there were lunch specials until after we ordered but they looked like good deals.
The food had an authentic taste, reminiscent of classic Chinese dishes. You can tell they use fresh ingredients, and the flavors were well-balanced and satisfying.

The food was really good - distinctly Chinese flavours with Mexican flair. The cha siu rice and rice noodles (chow hor fun) are a must order - good wok hay and not so greasy. We over ordered - it was worth it.
It took a while to get the bill, but the food made up for the slow service.
