I am just a new customer and needed help finding a necklace. A few days ago I purchased a set, at a different store, for my mom’s birthday. She loves it so much! The only thing was that the necklace was too short for her. So, I walked in to this store after failing to find a longer necklace that would fit the pendant, at the original store I purchased from. As soon as I stepped in, I was greeted and the young lady there was very attentive and showed interest in my problem. Julian also stepped in and they both began calling other stores and looking online to find a necklace with the length and color I was looking for. The customer service these employees gave me really moved me. This will be my Jewelry store from now on. To the young lady, I didn’t get your name, but thank you so much!!
