I’ve visited this location a couple of times in the past and had good experiences, which is why I decided to return. Unfortunately, my most recent visit with my husband was disappointing enough to share.
We were greeted and seated quickly, and our server took our drink orders soon after. I ordered a specialty drink (which was available), while my husband asked for a specific coffee listed on the menu — they were out, but offered regular coffee with a glass of ice instead. No big deal.
The food came out quickly, which was great. However, from that point on, service became frustrating. I asked for an extra plate so my husband and I could share food — it never came, and I eventually had to get up and ask another server. The same happened with the syrup for my French toast. My husband requested it, but it never arrived. I stood up again to ask, and only then did someone bring it, along with the plates — about 15 minutes after our initial request.
My husband’s coffee didn’t arrive until 20 minutes after our food was served, and only after I reminded the server. Even then, it came with cream we didn’t ask for and no ice. The glass of ice came a few minutes later.
Throughout the meal, our server was mostly absent. She only came around when I stood up to request something. It wasn’t a busy time — there were three waitresses and only a few tables, yet service felt inattentive. Staff seemed more focused on joking around with one another than checking on guests.
As for the food, portions were generous, but the quality was average. The French toast was okay, not memorable, and the chilaquiles lacked flavor. My drink tasted overly artificial.
While I understand that no place is perfect, this visit really missed the mark — especially considering how attentive they had been in the past. I hope this was just an off day, but based on this experience, I’m not sure...
Read moreWe were looking for a place that served both Mexican/ American breakfast and this restaurant did not disappoint!
I ordered the NY steak at 3/4 temp. It came with red salsa chilaquiles, refried beans, and over easy eggs 🤤.
My wife got the All American platter. It had bacon, ham, pancakes 🥞, eggs and potatoes 🥔.
The bacon was crispy, the ham was well cooked and the pancakes were rich and fluffy 🤞.
Freshly squeezed orange juice 🍊 and continuous coffee ☕.
Only 1 minor thing, the refried beans tasted slightly acidic.
Overall, everything else was great and the staff made it enjoyable with their professionalism on serving...
Read moreHorrible customer service, waiters were horrible accommodating a family of nine. And they made us feel very uncomfortable for even making an attempt to accommodate for us, so uncomfortable that we decided to leave the place…we got to sit down and order coffee and orange juice which were bad and super expensive for the quality, juice was very bitter and the coffee was just plain coffee you can get anywhere else… I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL, although we did not get to try their food, the service is part of a good restaurant experience and the service we received was super, super bad from the...
