Ichiban — Restaurant in Baja California

The cashier was very rude. We were 5, 3 of us paid with credit card, if you do that you have to go with the cashier and pay there, we went back to the table thinking the waitress will go for the rest of the money and she didnt, we left the tip at the table and paid the rest again with the cashier, then she said out loud "they paid exact, no more... No less... No tip". I was like... She was so rude... And the tip was on the table.... Not going there again... And the ramen was nothing great... It was whatever.... Ohh and they dont even have rice noodles... Just...

Food quality is over the top. Their specialty, ramen, is just delicious. There are several ramen choices for all likes. Rest of their menu is also great, they have plenty of choices of different dishes, such as teriyaki, yakisoba, sushi rolls, nigiris or even bento boxes (combos).

On the other hand, this place have very limited parking, and beyond that it is really complicated to drive your way on it. Other than that, place is surely a great choice, pricey just as other places with the same theme, but worth...

LLEGAMOS Y SÚPER mal servicio La señora de la entrada nos pregunta cuántos son? Y éramos 6 y dice pues nose y súper mal encaradaaaa y dice al fondo hay uno de 4 pero no caben y yo ??? Y entonces le digo ajá ??! Y dice pues nose con cara de 💨, y mis familiares y yo solo viéndonos de ajá y que procede ? Y dice pues nose casi dice háganle como sea no hay de 6 y le digo aver señorita no hay de 6?? Que quiere decir nos esperamos o no hay para 6? Ósea de que habla ? Y ella pues nose y le digo señorita usted es la mesera no yoooo como que nose y dice pásele pues ahí… Después nos atendió una chica “más o menos “ Y bueno más tarde se me ocurrió levantar la mano para pedir salsa y otra chica me dejó ahí me miró y me ignoró y se fue de paso y como a los 3 minutos regresa y me dice muy igualada y grosera ¿qué querías !? Y voltea mi hermana y le dice ya nada molesta … Fataaaaaal la atención al cliente fatal, la gente es la que llega y dice buenas tardes buenas noches gracias pero el Personal nadaaaa, y la cuenta al final Me dicen propina en tarjeta y yo?? No! Claro que no Iba dejar propinaaaaaaa y todavía se molestó aventó el ticket y se fue molesta sin la propina hay nooo fatal todo… La comida si estaba buena pero para nada vale la Pela vivir la experiencia...
