El Ciclo — Restaurant in Baja California

This restaurant is run by a world-class team, with numerous years of F and B experience (Food and beverage), and you will notice it from the momentous you go up the stairs. The menu is varied, covering delicious breakfasts, mouthwatering entrées and a superb bar. The decor is very minimalistic, with just enough industrial themes to look new age, but lots of the traditional aspects to make you feel like at home. The service during your meal is top-notch, all the way. The captain is always greeting you at the door and the service staff; although young, are extremely polite and thoughtful. It shows they take the time to train them, and most importantly; they LOVE their job. We stop by for breakfast every-so-often, and the portions are plentiful, the wait time; even considering they pride themselves with "made-to-order" dishes, is quite prompt. No issues there. Coffee will never be a stranger to you during breakfast, too!. The lunch menu seems very delicious to try, and I have seen their delivery bikes around town. I will DEFINITELY keep coming here. That bar they have has my name on it...😋. Congratulations for bringing something new to the table, every time....

Los precios son muy altos para la calidad de la comida que manejan. No me había tocado ir en desayunos pero les recomiendo evitarlo ya que solo tienen disponible el menú de desayunos que es muy pobre.

En lo personal ordené una “cazuela o cazuelita” primeramente no te preguntan tus alergias que es una información muy importante que se debe de solicitar y no se les debe de pasar en restaurantes que dicen ser de buen nivel.

El punto mas crítico de este restaurante es una gran falta a el principio mas básico de la atención al cliente; su satisfacción. Aquí no parece que busquen satisfacer al cliente ya que el cliente se tiene que apegar a los lineamientos internos según lo que expresan sus meseros por mas absurdos que sean como a mi me sucedió.

Yo soy alérgico al huevo y se le comentó al mesero que si podría tener sumo cuidado con eso y que si era posible me reemplazara el huevo por una cuchara de frijoles en su lugar(es mas que claro que el frijol es mas económico que el huevo por lo tanto no debería de haber ningún problema con mi solicitud); a lo que el mesero respondió “No hay cambios de ningún tipo, pero pídelo estrellado y así se lo quitas tu”. Claro que fue un comentario muy absurdo e ignorante porque si se consumen alimentos que estuvieron en contacto con un alergéno obviamente te hará daño. Dado esto le solicité nuevamente que tuviera cuidado y mejor no le agregara huevo a mi platillo y me trajera frijoles (con costo) aparte.

Finalmente no recibí nunca los frijoles (lol) y nose de que manera en la cocina se dió la contaminación cruzada pero de alguna manera mi plato estuvo en contacto con el huevo y ademas de no resultar ser un platillo muy sabroso sufrí las consecuencias de una alergia...

The restaurant was very nice and clean the waiter was great, but I ordered a plate that I was not happy with. The flavor was not what I expected, I was not able to eat it. I took one bite of it and returned it, I did not get credited for it at all. I think that's very bad business I wasn't expecting a free meal but at least a 10% of my check would have made a difference. Just my humble opinion, other than that...
