La Bohemia Café Bar — Restaurant in Baja California

A pretty cool little speakeasy-style bar in Tecate next door to El Ciclo. The bar lighting is dim and semi-romantic, they have a large beer and liquor selection, and there’s also an outdoor seating area with a balcony where bands sometimes perform.

My friends and I enjoyed hanging out here for an hour or so in the evening. We had a mezcal espresso martini, a Negroni, a Moscow mule, and some beers. Everything was well mixed and nicely balanced.

The bartender was friendly and easygoing, and spoke both English and Spanish fluently. Also, the drinks were pretty cheap! Overall, it was a good experience and I’d recommend this place as a pit stop for anyone passing through or hanging...

A gem of a place in Baja, Tecate “Pueblo Mágico”. Everything about this cafe/bar you will love. From the atmosphere, to the friendly service it offers. They have a selection of appetizers, sandwiches, craft beers, mixed drinks and from what I got to be one of their “test critics” an amazing line of burgers, from the regions grass feed steers, that will soon make their way to their menu.
