This was the most horrible experience I've ever had not only for the terrible service but the worse Chinese food I've ever had. We had a young hostess take our drink order and 20 minutes later we were still waiting for drinks. Our waiter never came to take our order another waiter that was eating his lunch at the table next to us stopped eating and got up to help after he noticed we kept looking around. He called our waiter and he took the order. The food was not what we ordered and I never even got the soup I ordered. The food had a terrible taste and the only reason why we tried Chinese food in Mexicali is because people say it's the best. ALL LIES !!! Sooooo freakin' bad and it's very apparent that it's cooked in MSG. We left all of our food we ordered orange chicken, arroz cantones, and chow mein cantonese all of it was nasty. En noviembre de 2023 fuimos 19 personas que trabajamos juntos. En un primer momento teníamos un mesero que nos atendió bien. Anticipándome a que serían varias cuentas le advertí y pedí cuentas varias para evitar confusiones y problemas al momento de pagar. El mesero dijo que no se podía que es una cuenta y no nos dio opción.
Ya casi para terminar y pedir la cuenta, el mesero ya no estaba y fue otra mesera. Supusimos que nos tocó el cambio de turno. Al ser una cuenta complicada ya que pagaríamos varios con tarjetas y otros con efectivo, no creo que sea buena idea que cambien de mesero ya que se perdió totalmente el control. La mesera era osca, nos subía el tono de voz, hasta regañados salimos. Siempre fuimos sumamente amables y tolerantes pese al trato.
Al pagar, nos regañó porque faltaron $700.00 pesos, para lo cual tuvimos que hacer los cálculos para ver porqué faltaba. Fue un momento bochornoso y caótico con la mesera toda irritada. Le preguntamos que si nos estaban cobrando la propina y la mesera nos dijo que no. Al final pagamos y nos fuimos incómodos, y de regreso al trabajo (al cual llegamos tarde) vimos que nos cargaron la propina, lo que nos alteró la cuenta que teníamos para pagar. Eso es hasta ilegal.
Será buena la comida pero si el servicio no es amable y que le funcione y se adapte a la clientela, no están completo el servicio. Agrego...
