I would love to give this place 5 stars (the strawberry mojito tasted great) but I had a very disappointing experience with a waiter. The first two rolls that we ordered came to our table quick but the 3rd one did not, it took 35 minutes and 2 complaints for them to get us the roll. When I asked the waiter how is it possible that in 30 mins my friend did not get her roll, he completely ignored me, kept telling my friend that he was going to check on her order and left, that was way too RUDE. I asked to talk to the owner, who was there, but never approached our table, at least the manager did and apologized for everything. My roll was kind of plain compared to the other times that I’ve been there that I get the sauce on top of the roll not on the side without me asking, but flavor wise it was good. El lugar está agradable y bien decorado , sin embargo la calidad de los alimentos no estuvo a la par de sus precios que se pueden calificar de medio-altos , la parrillada no me pareció algo destacable y el precio es de 480 pesos por persona, casi no trae carne , te sirven mucha tripita y un gran hueso con tuétano que abarca casi toda la parrilla, a los niños les ordenamos unos dedos de queso con Nuggets y solo nos trajeron los dedos ,los Nuggets los trajeron hasta que le hice el comentario al mesero. Cómo recomendación deberían poner más atención en el menú infantil, pedimos un mini ramen y de mini no tenía nada fácilmente alcanzaba para 2 personas , pero eso no fue lo malo ,estaba pésimo , demasiada verdura y poco caldo , el cuál estaba insípido y el ramen (pasta) ni se diga , parecía de vaso del que te venden en el súper, sinceramente me he preparado mejores ramen en mi casa con productos que encuentras en la tienda de la esquina.otro punto que me pareció pésimo y que no va acordé al lugar fueron los cubiertos (cuchillos) los cuales eran todos diferentes, unos de madera otros de plástico,unos de sierra unos lisos , unos quemados con sartenes lo cual le resta a la experiencia ya que uno espera que por el precio haya uniformidad. This place's atmosphere was so incredible, They had a person singing and playing live music. We got some sushi and ramen with meat and chicken, everything was delicious, definitely will come again.
