Economical lonchería style restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Service is just ok, but then again, it’s not really that kind of place. They have about ten options to choose from and they don’t seem to change them much but the options are classic ones like enchiladas, flautas and caldos. I had the costilla in salsa roja and found it to be very salty and greasy. Another day, I did the caldo de res and the broth didn’t have a ton of flavor, the beef was somehow dry and the vegetables were undercooked. My dining companion ordered something and even though it came with rice and beans, they just didn’t add the beans. We inquired why and were told that they would take a while. We asked how long and weee then told that they were raw. They did accommodate by providing a side salad but it’s weird that it had to be requested when the lonches cost 140 pesos and don’t include anything else. Se me hace muy estúpido que no me dejaran pasar con una botella de Soda, les iba consumir mi platillo, el de mi hijo y otro más para llevar. Como es posible que prefieran perder lo de 3 platillos + propina por no dejar pasar una botella de soda🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻... En fin, muy cerrada la señora (supongo es la dueña). Yo tambien soy comerciante y esos detalles por más aclientado que estés siempre te afectan.
