El expendio de cerveza de nuestro amigo el doctor Gustavo Gaspar Blanco es todo un paraíso para los amantes de la bebida fermentada de granos y enriquecida con el exquisito amargor del lúpulo. Es el único lugar en la capital de Baja California que, literalmente, se puede encontrar cerveza de cualquier parte del mundo, por lo que resulta propicio para experimentar el arte de la degustación... hasta encontrar aquél tipo y estilo de cerveza muy precisamente a nuestro gusto. El ambiente es de convivencia social, con participación de clase media y alta que gusta de la diversión sin llegar a las borracheras de escándalo, aunque pudiera como es lógico presentarse la excepción de la regla, de lo cual no hemos sido testigos.
