I have seen mixed reviews.

Personal experience: The place I used to go was closed, so I ended up here.

The guy with glasses (sorry, I didn't catch his name) greeted my sister and me before we even entered the place.

Very polite, and he immediately asked us what we wanted to order. It did not take long. He asked just enough times if we needed anything else, which was great! The food was delicious.

I came back for La Serie del Caribe a second time by myself. Same great customer service. The food was delicious. The waitress, I believe, Arellano, had a great attitude. I will definitely come back again. It will be one of my favorite places for now on. The parking lot is great, especially in the early morning....

Worst place ever bad experience with customer service I really do not recommend to anyone . took more than an hour to get my food served after they messed up on the order . Actually never received my food again the waiters wouldn’t even come check up on me or go to check up on my food that I waited on for more than an hour . The place was fresh and clean. The girl that greets you wanted to seat us outside because they only had tables for big groups. They did had smaller tables but they were already occupied. I told her no because it was hot outside. The tostada was so good, but it wasn't as full as Laguna Azul and price wise this place is more expensive. They have very little space between other tables.
