McDonald's — Restaurant in Baja California

I recently visited the TECATE Mc Donald's branch and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From start to finish, everything was top-notch and truly deserving of a five-star review.

This gave me confidence that the food would also be prepared in a clean and hygienic environment. And I was not disappointed in that aspect either. Very slow service after you get your order is cold... the employees are not friendly they just dont care they have lazy attitudes.... but most of all super slow and cold food I will not be going back to mcdonalds... Cold food.. more than 30 minutes for a happy meal.... bad attitude from the employees..... not even a thank you or please....

Some of the cashiers don't have a smile on their face, also when you order your food they don't follow the instructions of how we wanted are food. When we want to be attended in person there like noo we can't help you. You must use their order device. Because their Manager gets mad. But only One of the Cashiers ITS GIRL and specially, this Gentleman name ALFREDO! Have the Best Customer Service in this Mc Donald's. Great...
