While working in California, a friend & I took an adventure to Mexicali and one of our first stops is here at MOMO Cocina + Raw Bar. The experience was quite remarkable. Everything from the customer service to bar service down to the food experience was great! We ordered the Adelita Kiss as our drinks, Aguachile Salsa Negra for the table & Seaweed Tostada! the Adelita was amazing, slightly sweet and smooth drinking. The Seaweed Tostada was an amazing dish, from the crunch of the tostada down to the freshness of the fish used. The Aguachile was the only dish that I wasn't in love with, while tasting great, the salsa negra had a gritty like texture that was a bit of a turn off. Definitely a great spot to go for lunch and even better for dinner!

Cuentan por el momento con un soft-opening, el cual les está ayudando para darse a conocer en la zona comercial de la aviación entre las colono prohogar y Cuauhtémoc ubicados exactamente en plaza Victoria a las afuera de la ciudad deportiva. Este encantador y acogedor lugar te cautivará desde el inicio, su decoración tanto en ilustraciones, muros y objetos decorativos están a la par con el lugar para sentirte en una atmósfera cogedora y agradable. Les recomiendo si bastante el taco Bang Bang y el ceviche de callo, que es de callo Catarina, bastante buenos! 1.- Chilli n Cheese Oyster 2.- Scallop Ceviche / Ceviche de Callo de Catarina 3.- Japonese - Ginger Oyster 4.- Thai Oyster 5.- Bang Bang Taco 6.- Smoked Tuna Taco 7.- Shirmp Taco 8.- Político Taco (similar al taco Goberbador) 9.- Akumi ceviche.

Is it Japanese/Mexican fusion, or Nuevo Peruvian? Either way, interesting combos of fish, corn, spice, plus more traditional ceviche and sashimi choices. Pictured are tostados... smoked tuna on the left, octopus and chorizo on the right. Don't miss the crispy seaweed with tuna poke! Cocktails y mas. Great service.
