The atmosphere was fine nothing fancy but good Lord in heaven the food! Photos on the menu were incredibly accurate we were all surprised when the presentation of the food was exactly as pictured or better... The menu is ginormous, and doesn't need to be, but the quality of each item we ordered didn't suffer which is usually the case when there are too many things to choose from. As a Tecate Native I can assure this is the BEST Mariscos Restaurant in town. The seafood is always fresh and the service is great. It gets full on weekends, but don't worry the max wait time is about 10 min. I personally recommend the Aguachile Verde and Tacos de Camaron Enchilado, the camarones y pulpo a la diabla are explosive delicious, Fish tacos are also good, the micheladas are decent, tip try the agua de Nuez, (I don't know the actual ingredients but it tastes like horchata and coconut milk, it also has pieces...

My wife and I went to this place a few weeks back. We had the Shrimp Cocktail. I give it 2 stars, shrimp was small and overcooked. The avocado they gave was 1 tiny slice over the top. I think our whole table just had a tiny slice on there plate. Is Tecate running out of avocado or what? Although I have to say the Chiles stuffed with shrimp and cheese wrapped with bacon was off the hook!!! Joe...
