Great food, great friends, with great views. This restaurant was absolutely beautiful and amazing. The tree with its branches as a rooftop canopy gave perfect shade for a cool dinner on a hot day. The decorations are beautiful and very cultural. Friendly staff despite being 10 months into Covid as it was October 2020. Can’t wait to go back. The courtyard you pass through is very typical hacienda style house I thought was a hotel at first. Nice birds to interact with as well as you pass through. Again I must say can’t wait to go back.

I like this place so much, from the entry you have a colorful decoration. The restaurant has a nice decoration and regional music. The service and atention of the waiter is gentile. The food was well, I recomend "las enmoladas" I really love it, with a particular taste. This place is perfect for relaxation. Furthermore, the place follows all the protocols for the COVID-19, all the employers use a mask and screen. When the people leave the table, inmediatly a waitress clean and disinfects all the table and chairs.

First time here and we loved it! We enjoyed traditional Mexican food with a great view for a very reasonable price. Since the entrance you can appreciate a very colorful and welcoming atmosphere with lots of plants and adornments. Café de olla is simply perfect, chilaquiles with the right amount of sauce and “la cecina” delicious. Service was okay, staff were kind and attentive. Price range is about 200 pesos per person (10 USD) We’re definitely coming back.

Good view on the nice town of Bernal. There is a Chile Mesquite which is really good. The Enmoladas, which have mole are also really good. The sopes, which can be filled with a great selection of Guisos (fillings). Service is really slow, so expect to wait at least 30 minutes in peak times. My review would have been 4 stars, but the bathrooms did not have water to flush, so not great. I do recommend you try out their food which is good

Es un restaurante que de entrada es bonito , tiene un espacio para fotos, el mirador es bonito, pero en la terraza demasiado caliente, el personal muy antipático, la chica que nos recibió nos dijo busquen donde quieran sentarse, así que escogimos la terraza pero muy caliente, los chicos meseros mucho se entretienen y la toma de pedido tardó un poco, pedí un relleno Mezquite , pregunte como venía y como dijo el chico que venía no vino, (pregunte porque nunca lo había probado ) Mi compañía pidió albóndigas y tardaron en llevárselas, cuando las llevaron estaban crudas , se le dijo al chico que estaban crudas se le enseñó como estaba la carne , no dijo nada, solo retiró el plato no dijo nada y se fue 😱, no ofrecieron ni disculpas Creo que los dueños deberían poner un poco más atención, me di cuenta que en la barra tienen los platos con chicharrones que y las zanahorias que ponen en la mesa, ahí, al aire libre , lleno de moscas y así nos la ponen en la mesa, creo que deben de menos ponerlas donde los comensales no las veamos, porque nos paramos al baño o vas subiendo las escaleras y te das cuenta de esa situación... El estacionamiento es complicado por la zona y si vas en fin de semana más, si andas o vas a la Peña del Bernal, pasa por el Mezquite, Le daré otra oportunidad cuando vuelva.....

The view of Peña el Bernal from the restaurant is amazing. The problem is the service and the food. They bring raw meat to the table (albóndigas soup), it is supposed to be a completely cooked stew, not raw stew, and then a very bad attitude of the guy who served our table. The decorations around the restaurant are so beautiful.
