Very Mexican place. Not exactly a tourist spot and would never have checked it out without being on a food tour but I'm very happy to have visited. We had the Asado and the beef broth that was included was amazingly flavorful and rich. Was also our first experience with the ToniCol soda, which is delicious. This is a family business and English is not easily spoken here, but the menu is fairly simple so it should be easy to order!

Restaurante muy pequeño, tradicional de cenaduría, con muy buen sazón y menú básico. El servicio es cordial y te sirven muy rápido. Hay espera pero la verdad si pides el raspado antes ni se siente ;) la verdad ya que entré con la galería de objetos antiguos se me fué el tiempo y mi delicioso pozole me distrajo al grado que ni foto tomé.

Restaurante muy pequeño, tradicional de cenaduría, con muy buen sazón y menú básico. El servicio es cordial y te sirven muy rápido. Actually should be 6 stars. We had a little bit of a wait on Wednesday evening. The Pazole Rojo was superb. The tacos and everything else, including the tamarind water and flan was fantastic. Tthis a busy, very relaxing and family oriented family run business. They dont sell alcohol so they HAVE to make it on the food. And they do!!! Thank you for an awesome job...

Came for the pozole after seeing all the rave reviews but was disappointed to be honest. Good portions but somewhat tasteless. The gorditos were made hours before and just sitting somewhere in the kitchen waiting to be served. Why this place has such a high rating is a...
