El Pargo y La Vaca (Playa Norte) — Restaurant in CENTRO

I Have to thank Google Maps for this find. You see we had walked the beach yesterday from the Mazatlan sign at the start of the Malecon to the exit just past the fishing boats. I was hungry and thirsty and I searched restaurants close to me on GMaps and this popped up. It was a 2 minute walk. It looked great from the outside and when we went in the inner area was quite nice. Not fancy but very nice bistro style. The service was prompt and i got my coca lite with limes and my menu. I had the hamburger with the pineapple slice and my wife had the taco. I seriously think it's the best hamburger I have ever had and at my age I have had a lot of hamburgers haha.The fries were fresh and hot . The taco was great too. The menu was far more extensive and there is so much to choose from. Of course this meal was topped off by a wonderful server who tolerated my 2 weeks of Spanish and she just delivered attention the whole time were were there.She was great. I will be back here and within a week. I want another burger but I will spread my wings and try something new. We had a lovely dinner experience last night. We had the arrechera and costillas BBQ. Patricio was a helpful waiter, explaining how they prepared the ribs and other dishes we had questions about, handling my mangled "Spanglish" with grace.

Both dishes were presented nicely, and the meats tasted muy sabrosos. The full rack of ribs was a challenge to eat, but I managed.

We thanked the owner Ignacio at the end for such good food in a quiet and comfortable setting. Tourists and locals alike feel welcome.

I ordered delivery and I ordered the same thing on a regular basis. Today I received my order. It was absolutely inedible. Whoever cooked my order as well as put it together really screwed up. They put bacon inside my order when I am allergic to bacon and requested it not be put in they also forgot ketchup, as well as the three sauces that usually come with the order, napkins, forks and knives were also missing and included in the instructions The burrito I received was soaked in oil and absolutely inedible, and had to be thrown out, It was completely the wrong...
