McDonald's — Restaurant in Chetumal

I generally only eat breakfast at McDonald's.This McDonald's has breakfast till 12:00 noon which is wonderful, I don't have to worry about making it in time for breakfast.The coffee is actually really good.This McDonald's has a large indoor playground and a large eating section for families.I haven't had any problems with service they do a great job .On the weekend it's generally packed with people coming to shop in Mexico from Belize,so the lines can be long. But on a weekday it's not too busy.The only complaint I have is that the womans bathroom is usually not in good shape the handicap bathroom toilet never flushes properly and that is a big problem.Its never nice to deal with a messy disgusting bathroom where you are eating.I don't understand why they can't fix the bathroom toilet in the handicap stall. Also the two other toilets do not have seats.Most large store in Mexico now use toilets seats ,so I'm upset to see that McDonald's doesn't have that same standard.I know they surely make enough money to have toilet seats on all the toilets and toilets that actually flush...

It's a McDonald's. There's not too much you can say really. The food tastes a little bit different from America or Canada but I think it's just how the processed cheese is made. America prides themselves on their cheese but Canadian cheese melts better on the burger in my experience. The prices are akin to the restaurant chain, the coffee is great. It's a busy spot with lots of traffic on the way in and the way out. The staff were patient with my rough Spanish but we're very friendly and understanding. The restaurant seemed a little bit under staffed and they had security guards inside which was a little bit strange to me because the area seemed decent enough and on par with the rest of Mexico. The air conditioning felt great. It was a little bit loud but it's McDonald's. Great spot to stop for...

Well the upgraded decor is nice but I think due the staff being new they are quite slow. The ordering kiosk are nice. However as far as the drink selections go in the system, there were hardly any options it only had sprite and coke available but in the zero sugar version. Not quite the McDonald's experience I was hoping for. The wait time was close to 45 minutes and when discussing with other people sitting down they were waiting about the same time. My order was also incorrect as they served me a chicken sandwich with out any meat. Very odd. The chicken was also burnt and over cooked when I went they attempted...
