Otilia — Restaurant in Chiapas

Food is pricy for Chiapas, but the quality and service matches its price point. So far, this is my favorite restaurant in Tuxtla. The salad was fresh with seasonal greens, fresh fruit, and just the right amount of dressing. The burger was perfectly cooked as well as the Salmon. My friend and I were highly impressed. The only recommendation I have is for the server to describe in detail the food as it's being delivered and not to forget to wipe the table between courses "crumbing." So, place is maybe 3.5 stars, service 2 stars, they were a bit pushy, ordered some plates for our shared meal twice, first time they ignored me, second time they straight up denied to get them. Black risotto was fairly good 4 stars. We ordered the ribs expecting to get a totally different experience from Texas Ribs and we didn't even get Chili's ribs quality. El área, el restaurante está situado en una zona popular y que cada vez más ha ido creciendo sobre el sector restaurantero; como consecuencia, la zona de estacionamiento es limitada pero ofrecen por $35.00 el servicio de vallet parking 🅿️. El lugar, cuenta con un amplio espacio para albergar aproximadamente 40 - 60 personas. Tienes la posibilidad de hacer convivios dentro del restaurante y hasta de decorarlo. Por como está distribuido permite que se divida en secciones y que los comensales puedan tener cierta privacidad. Tiene una decoración linda y moderna. Baños limpios, en su mayoría. Los alimentos, son elaborados al momento pero llevados con buen tiempo. Su carta no es muy amplia pero tienen cierta variedad. Los platillos van desde los $150.00 aprox hasta los $500.00. La combinación de sabores es buena y tienen buena calidad en sus alimentos (frescos). El servicio, al llegar no hubo como tal un recibimiento ni un saludo de buenos días/tardes/noches. Estuvieron al pendiente de la mesa, lo cual fue bueno. El mesero no se presentó ni nos menciono que había recomendaciones del chef o del día, se limitó a recomendar las bebidas y solo fue una. Al finalizar no ofrecieron carta de postres, se les tuvo que pedir.
