Cerveceria 19 — Restaurant in Chihuahua

Very disappointed. We arrived to a waiting list which wasn’t long but it took over 15 mins for someone to get our drink order. When the waiter got to us he was rushing us to order. I understand when someone is busy I used to work at a restaurant before but you don’t rush anyone. My husband ordered a regular lemonade he brought out a strawberry lemonade which he did not like. It was too sour. Took one sip ask the waiter if we can exchange it. He responded with a no. We said okay that’s fine take it we’re not gonna drink it. He took it and brought the other drink. We’re new to this place and Mexico so we try our best to explain what we want. Well we explained to him we wanted a fried sausage with breading around(corn dog). He brought us cut up sausages. We told him that’s not what we wanted. He proceeded to tell us that we couldn’t change it. We were like okay fine take the place we’re not gonna eat but we don’t want to be charged for it. He ended up charging us for both drinks and both food items. Even though we didn’t drink or eat either. We try to ask politely to get those taken off since we didn’t eat them. They said no they weren’t going to. Did not want to fight it so we paid. This guy added his own tip to the card. His service was terrible.. the food was good drinks not good.. ended up paying over 40 dollars for food we didn’t eat and...

You definitely can't beat the price! Tacos are alright, nothing extraordinary. Shrimp tostada was pretty good. Pay de Queso (Cheesecake) is a mini size, it's okay the taste and texture is different from an American cheesecake. Michaeladas,s beer,a and shots for $1 dollar..awesome. As for my experience with the service I don't have a complaint, it was good. We had two waiters passing by and both would attend our table. Is there better options while dining in Juarez definitely, but this place is nice again you can't beat the price. The place itself is clean, the atmosphere is good, and location...

Good selection of drinks and food items. Food is not the greatest, but ok for the price. What i didn't like was that all the beers you order, the waiter opens them, per Cerveceria 19 policy. So if you order a bucket of 10 beers they are all open. Another thing i didn't like was that they tried to charge me for items i didn't order and to top it off the waiter tried to include the tip on top of the bill.
