Corralito Prime — Restaurant in Chihuahua

Corralito always has amazing steaks! The server was really nice and helped make educated decisions, for instance my father in law wanted to order the fish but the server let him know how he wouldn't recommend it since they don't have such fresh fish due to location and also it's a steak house. My father in law ordered a steak instead and loved it. The only thing that brought down a star for service was toward the end of our meal they had our server setting something up in the back which then delayed us getting our check and paying by like 20 minutes. Pedi un chile en nogada, cabe decir qie estan ricos pero en esta ocasion califico el servicio. Cuando uno se siente agusto vuelve aun cuando la comida no sea extraordinaria. En esta ocasion el establecimiento cobro el servicio en la cienta. Eramos un grupo grande y sobre el total agregamos un 15 de propina sin darnos cuenta que ya venia un cargo. Al percatarnos la mitad ya habian pagado el monto que partimos en partes iguales. Nos dijeron que era procedimiento normal. Hablamos con la encargada avisando que podiamos reportar la situacion con PROFECO y de inmediato imprimio un ticket sin el servicio cargado del 15%, el cual tampoco venia indicado en el ticket. El ticket inicial lo rompieron y tirar adentro en un bote de basura. Despues procedimos a hacer el recalculo de la cuenta y pagar el resto. Cuando llegamos al trabajo nos dimos cuenta que una compañera habia pagado en efectivo con un billete grande que no se contabilizo en la cuenta y para el que tampoco le dieron su cambio. Basicamente pagamos la cuenta, con un 10% de propina mas 500 pesos los cuales hasta la fecha no se nos han devuelto. En pocas palabras, pesima atencion, cero etica y...

Unfortunately bad, poor customer service, bad organization, the food was kinda messy not a good presentation. To be honest I went during mothers day and my experience was really bad, I want to believe that by the rush of the moment the service and the food was bad, so i need more info to give you a real review, about this place. But by the moment this is my perspective...
