Burger King Renacimiento — Restaurant in Chihuahua

Let's start with the good aspects of this place: first of all and most recently, the architecture and the interior design is very modern and attractive; the location is very accessible; the food is alright, I wouldn't expect it to be the best food in Juarez; lastly,the inside of this fast food restaurant is very extensive, and also pretty comfortable.

Alright, here is the reason why I gave it two stars (this reason may not be much, but the major impact it has on costumer satisfaction is what makes up the two stars): lets start with the costumer service, it is straight up frustrating, obnoxious, lousy and just uncool. Even after having so much trouble with the staff and even the manager, they didn't give any thought on saying sorry, or even giving a offering or discount for the struggle and annoyance. Éste día hasia mucho calor y me toco ir a ver a mi Doctor lo más seria posible fue Burger King bueno una pequeña fila en caja mi turno después de haber leído el menú hamburguesas si una doble y unas papas un refresco con bastante hielo, pasa un minuto y sorpresa una hamburguesa enorme y papas fritas super calientes el lugar limpio y se olvidan del refresco King pedí bastante hielo para mitigar el calor después de todo bien sin que me tomen en cuenta para que me sirvan refresco no no tenemos hielo fue cómo hacer un cambio de mesa donde ubicar el aire acondicionado después del cambio de mesa entran más comerciales jóvenes por siervo todos hablando con emoción hamburguesas para todos aquellos jóvenes se quedan muy serios wey no tienen hielo los chescos ! Me dio risa cómo se miraban los trabajadores del Burger King ve y compra una bolsa de hielo al oxxo todos se miraban a ver quien iba a ir por la boca de hielo, cabe decir que si me gustó mucho mi hamburguesa están muy jóvenes los asociados de dicho restaurante rápido pienso y el jefe de piso o encargado no está en esa hora ,falta de un buen equipo de trabajo se los dejo de tarea King por favor es una cadena muy importante quiero pesar que no siempre sucede lo mismo con los demás por eso pongo4. Estrellas refresco sí hielo y el equipo nadie lo dirige al salir una vaqueta muy estrecha y una rampa para sillas de ruedas a medio pintar fue un poco difícil explicar la situación bien tomen nota debería de tener donde dejar sugerencias no hay nada más de decir piénsalo si quieres ir al Burger King bien después les mando las fotografías no vuelvo a Burger King en mucho tiempo gracias y saludos para todos hasta otro lado ojalá que...
