Denny's — Restaurant in Chihuahua

I don't think that Denny's will be around too much longer if upper management doesn't do something quick. This used to be a decent place. I gave up on the lousy service and dirty Denny's restaurants in El Paso. But I was in Juarez, Mexico today and decided to try one last time. No more Denny's for me, thank you. Went to wash my hands and the paper towel machine was broken or empty. Strike one. I ordered the country breaded beef platter with broccoli and rice. The bread that came with it was fine. I couldn't believe how horrible the beef was. I insisted that my wife try it. We decided that it tasted something like particle board with white grave or a used football that was flattened and spiced up. It was hard as nails and had a very dark color. The broccoli was way overcooked, the rice was fair. My wife ordered some nacho plate but couldn't eat but part of it. And that's because she was real hungry. Strike two. We had a lava cake just to appease our taste buds. We saw the waiter twice. When we ordered and when he brought out the "food". I walked to the register with no bill and told the cashier what we ate, while not trying to disrupt her phone time. Third strike. For conscience sake I left a tip, but there was no reason to. The place was almost empty. There's no excuse for this. If I ever go back to Denny's I won't write up another bad review because it would be totally my own fault for ever going back, no matter where It's located. This restaurant is not very old but needs some cleaning. The bill records the name of the waiter as Luis. We left at 2:07pm. The location was Plaza Senderos. Good...

I ordered the Grand Slam and the eggs were a a little bit brown, they were toasty, they didn't look like the picture (soft yellow, tender) and I told the waitress and she said she would give me a new order of scrambled eggs. I told her it was okay I would it them because I was hungry, but she insisted and in a few minutes she replaced my whole plate. The eggs were delicious! The pancakes were also toasty, crunchy and she gave new pancakes that were soft and warm. The manager came to our table and asked what had been the issue and he offered us a free dessert. They were very nice and attentive. I liked this Denny's better than the IHOP...

Miércoles 12 de julio del 2023 12pm. Escogimos este restaurante para festejar el fin de año escolar de mi hijo. Después de esperar casi una hora por nuestra comida. El servidor llegó con lo que parecía nuestra orden. Que fue chicken tenders con orden de bacon para mi hijo, un sándwich de brisket con bourbon y salsa especial.

Mencioné que parecía nuestra orden porque los tenders estaban quemados al punto de no ser comestibles. El sándwich poco peor, el brisket quemado y seco, cortado en cubos (muy diferente de su presentación en el menú) y la salsa especial embarrada en un pan como si fuese hamburguesa barata. Aquí lo más importante fue la tenacidad del servidor por pensar que esta comida estaba en condiciones de consumirse. Pero mucho más la responsabilidad cae en el supervisor por dejar que este tipo de calidad salga a manos de sus clientes.

Después del tiempo perdido me dirigí al manager al cual le comenté mi disgusto. Se disculpo por tan baja calidad de producto. El daño ocurrió en cuanto el permite que este tipo de producto llegue a las mesas de sus clientes al igual no ser más extracto con dicha calidad. Será algo que están acostumbrados a dar calidad baja y el cliente no dice nada, y así sigue el círculo vicioso. Después caminamos fuera de ahí y nos dirigimos a otro restaurante donde pudimos festejar y...
