Only received one star because it isn’t possible to receive 0. First of all, the service is horrible. Takes longer than 30 minutes to get a pizza and when you ask them about their free pizza guarantee they treat you bad. They act as though you are unreasonable to point out the email confirmation showing the guarantee. Pizza arrives cold 1 hour and 15 minutes after you order it. Pizza tastes terrible. Definitely not worth 99 pesos. Sad thing is that I live two blocks from them and they still couldn’t get it on time. They lost a potentially really good customer. I order pizza a lot. I will just stick with Pizza Hut...

The atmosphere is phenomenal, the customer service is impeccable with every single detail of your order being correct, the food was really good and cooked to perfection, not to mention the fact that it was done in less time than other places I normally...

La pizza esta buena pero necesitan mucho trabajo en cuanto a personal, ordene mi pizza para que fuese entregada a mi domicilio y despues de una hora de no haberla recibido, fui a la sucursal para reclamar y me tuvieron que hacer de nuevo la pizza. Ya estando alli me marca el repartidor que no encontraba mi domicilio 1 hora y media despues de haberla pedido y ya me estaban haciendo la otra. Eso si el encargado de la sucursal fue muy amable y responsable al grado de diaculparse y darme la pizza gratis por el inconveniente. Necesitan poner mas atención en muchos aspectos por que las recomendaciones de una sola persona pueden atraer mas clientes pero tambien pueden hacer que el lugar ya no...
