Dos Aguas — Restaurant in Chihuahua

After walking around the plaza looking at different restaurants we decided to eat here as the ambience and atmosphere looked good. From the moment we arrived, the service was bad. Staff and servers were indifferent and seemed we were more of an inconvenience than customers. As for the food, it did not meet the price. I ordered the tacos dorados and they were dry and lacking flavor. My wife ordered aguachile de ribeye and the steak was decent but the dish had nothing to do with an aguachile, tasted more like a ribeye soup. Service is really bad. The waiters need training and/or motivation. It took them a very long time to pick up our dirty dishes, we were not offered more drinks or desserts. We had to call them for everything. Food wise, the menu was ok, not too pricey, shrimp tacos were tasty, so was the artichoke. The burger had a good size and came with lots of fries. Beautiful place, the food is fine, nonetheless they have the worse smoking policy! How is it possible to open one of the big windows and let the biggest tables in the place (next to the window) start smoking and the place gets filled with smoke. My wife has asthma and she had to use her inhaler even though we told 3 waiters to please tell those people to stop smoking. They came back to us saying in was an order from the manager to let those people smoke INSIDE...
