They used Covid as an excuse not to seat us in the section we wanted, then the next 3 groups of people to walk in were all seated there at tables next to each other. The manager publicly shamed me for not wearing my mask to walk across the room. There were 20 people eating less than a foot away from me, all obviously without a mask. Children without masks standing in the walkway near their tables seemed to be free from censure. Where is the sense in it? Sitting down without a mask is okay but standing up I’m suddenly a health risk? It’s a world gone mad. On to service: The service was very slow. We waited 25 minutes from the time we sat down until the first waiter passed with meat. Sitting so long after eating the salad left us without much appetite for the meat. Nice clean play, very good salad bar. even do waiter was polite, it took 40 minutes to get some of the good cuts such as picana, rib eye or top sirloin, they start offering a lot of chicken and pork, they on purpose delays the most expensive cuts and they only give you tiny cuts. personnel coming with "espadas" told me there is an order for the cuts, in another words they will try for you to eat chicken and sausages so they do not have to offer the most expensive cuts. I had to talk to the manager to be able to get the cuts I wanted. To me this is deceptive trade practices when they offer in their website and marketing sirlon, rib eye, picana only not arrive or to arrive too late. There are better places to get chicken or pork. We visit Chihuahua every 3-4 months. I recommend to go straight for the filet mignon and the brisket. Service was excellent but most cuts were cold and burned. Our servers were Leo, Many and Ivan.
