La Madre Perla — Restaurant in Chihuahua

We had heard good things about this restaurant from family members that live nearby. We arrived when there was no crowd. Everyone's order was taken, but my wife's order was never brought out. We informed the waitress and she said there was a mix-up and would be her find right out. Then 30 minutes pass and still no food. So we were understanding and asked for it to go and ordered one shrimp taco to at least eat and 25 minutes later….. still no food. We finally decided to cancel the order and instead of trying to make it right, she gave nothing excuses. My point is that they lack customer service. I look at it like you took no consideration in making her order top priority after she waited over an hour and watched as everyone else ate. My entire family loved this place.. this past Sunday we met up for lunch here and as the waitress was picking up some plates she accidentally pour half a bowl of fish soup on my granddaughter's hair and new shirt! All we got from them was a very casual sorry...my granddaughter cried,had to go back home and shower and shirt was ruined. Gotta do more than" oh sorry he he" to make up for a ruined...

Hace tiempo que no comía en este rest! Y recordé por qué casi no vengo! El lugar está agradable, llegamos una hora antes de cerrar y el servicio fue poco deficiente (creo que por estas cerca del cierre) el concepto de marisco que tienen está bueno es tipo gourmet, en lo personal me gusta más el marisco sinaloense óseas más picoso y sin tantas salsas agridulces, me gusta el marisco picoso para crudearla! Me pedí unas quesadillas de camarón creo que traían barbecue el sabor 2-2, los tacos gobernador estaban más buenos que las quesadillas. También unos rollitos de camarón, esos los conocí en otro restaurante, me los imaginé y los pedí, estaban buenos pero definitivamente negativo no me gustaron! Mi esposa pidió la tostada de atún, le gusto mucho y una de camarón con mango que también le gusto, ella es más dulcera en ese aspecto. Sin embargo no es mi lugar preferido de mariscos, pruébenlos y decidan ustedes mismos! Ps. La salsita que ponen con los totopos...
