Starbucks — Restaurant in Chihuahua

Unfortunately, this is not the best Starbucks in town. Kids mostly handle the service. You will not find many workers past 25 years old. In fact, none of the "barriatas" -- and I use the word liberally -- seem to know how to serve a simple coffee. Pour your own cream on your coffee because here, they serve coffee on your creme. Servers are known to screw up your simple coffee without hesitation or remorse. The managers and leadership seem to be absent or completely oblivious to what is happening on the floor much less the coffee Expect your coffee to be luke-warm and the service to be poor and unengaging. Arrive expecting no much better than very average service and you will not be disappointed. You have been warned. The best part of my stay was finding the Exit sign. Hasta la vista! ...

Years ago, I used to be a very frequent customer of this particular Starbucks. They had problems with bugs and flooded parking lots, but the employees were pretty nice. I started coming back about a year ago.The same parquero is very friendly,  and the parking lot seems to have improved, but the employees are not so nice. The seats that I like are very frequently taken by the baristas. They almost never put as much sweetener in the drinks as I want. I'll still go back to chat with the parquero, but I'm going to look for another CJ coffee shop, maybe not...

Pésimo servicio para repartidores de Uber para empezar cuando llegamos ni siquiera se nos atienden nos ignoran hasta que solicitamos el pedido, el día de hoy 11 de abril llegue por un pedido y estaban 2 repartidores más y después de mi llegaron otros 4 ya pasaban de los 10 minutos y no me entregaban el pedido y escuche a la chica decirle a otra que ahí estaban los ticket los cuales traían perdidos así que apenas harían los pedidos, pasados los 25 minutos después le pregunte por el pedido ya que ya habían preparado pedidos de repartidores que llegaron después y me comento la chica que estaba de cajera en ese momento que las ordenes se hacía según iban saliendo y le comente pero tengo más de 25 minutos esperando a lo que me contestaron ella y sus demás compañeros que si quería cancelar que siempre había un repartidor disponible le dije que si esa era la solución y dijo que si, no creo que esa sea la manera de solucionar nosotros como aplicación vamos en representación de un cliente y todavía el único hombre que se encontraba en el turno de la mañana un chico con lentes se atrevió a decir que se tardaría 20 minutos más, lastima no había tenido nunca esa experiencia ahí, espero mejoren su trato y den una solución a los pedidos...
