Tinto Cocina Libre — Restaurant in Chihuahua

The food has good flavours but is lacking of texture. There's only one vegetarian dish and the rest of the food is quite fatty and heavy. I was feeling sick after eating just the starter due the excess of fat. I personally won't visit this restaurant again. It's not bad if you just want to go to a nice place to socialise, but if you want good food there's definitely much better restaurants of modern mexican cuisine in the city....

Cuando Llegamos el lugar se veía agradable, nos sentamos y el mesero tardó muchísimo en atender, llego el chef a atender, Ordenamos y las Bebidas tardaron más de 15 minutos. El mesero se veía perdido y Desinteresado en su labor. Ordenamos una tlayuda, el sabor estaba bien, pero no pondría el nombre de tlayuda cuando no lo es, era el tamaño de una tostada, la tostada estaba durísima. de segundo ordenamos tuetanos, el chimichurri opacaba la grasa del Tuetano, las tortillas eran de Maseca. Pedimos el pulpo, estaba sobre cocinado, parecía pollo, tenía mala Textura que daba asco. Dejamos el Plato completo. Ordenamos también el pork belly con mole verde, de verdad si no saben qué es mole no vendan un plato con ese nombre, el pork belly estaba a punto de chicharrón, súper seco, el mole no tenía nada de sabor, también regresamos el Plato Completo y por último un chamorro en salsa de no sé qué…. Era grasa derretida que no aportaba sabor, pareciera que comía cartón , estaba súper seco. No tenía ningun sabor. Y por su puesto también lo regresamos. Totalmente decepcionante, no recomiendo para nada este lugar. Para pagar 3 mil pesos y regresar Todo de verdad es decepcionante. Lo único bueno fueron las xx ambar...
