Awful experience. The waitress CLAUDIA SANCHEZ took so long to take our order. Food came late and COLD, it took more than 1 hour. Then, when I asked for the bill they took 30 minutes to bring it. I continuously clicked the button but no response, and she passed in front of us as if we were not there. Anyways, when I payed I said I don’t want to add service tips (because it was not good at all) and she said “you can say «no thanks»” with a rude attitude. Fries were served nearly raw, chicken had been frozen long time, was dehydrated, bloody and fried rock hard almost inedible, did get about half mouthful of meat from 6 wings, ribs were not cut and sauce was overly sweet, basically pure concentrated sugar, basically food was disgusting, weak beer selection, only thing I enjoyed was one good shot of tequila and lots of pretty young...

I ordered 6 chicken tenders and they gave me nuggets (11/21/4) they did charge me for the tenders though... My friend ordered boneless and it was 3 times more than my order which was pretty similarly priced...
