Son tacos dorados, pueden ser de carne deshebrada o surtidos (papa, requesón, frijoles y carne) llevan lechuga encima y "cueritos" bañados en salsa de tomate y aparte te dan una salsa muy picosa deliciosa. Una buena alternativa son las tortas de pierna o las enchiladas. Acompaña todo con dulce agua de horchata. Lo malo es que sales oliendo a pura fritanga, evita ir antes del cine, teatro o reunión de novios porque el olor ni con perfume sale.
