La Parroquia de Veracruz — Restaurant in Coatepec

Very disadisappointing. I love this restaurant chain, especially compared to "La Gran Parroquia de Veracruz". I just heard this is now a franchise, thing I can't confirm, but I would say it's true due to the low quality of food and such a slow service. The only 2 good things are the kids' playground and the location to right next to the main park of the town, which makes it have a nice view. But, from this last, any other restaurant around this park will have it with 100+ times better food and coffee. The worst part is that they took more than 30 minutes to serve my table's whole order, and it was incomplete and dome items wrong, though. They even took like 20 minute to give me the check and let me pay. I would just recommend you to spend your time and money...

The food is gross, every single item on the menu that is supposed to be fried is tossed to a cold oil and it's served dripping oil, the coffee which is allegedly the one thing this franchise is well known for is flavorless, on this city it's like going to Italy and always ask for the MC coffee.

The price is fair, considering that the installation is spotless and the service is incredible.

But they need to get their kitchen staff trained urgently, this is the worst parroquia kitchen I've visited.

Avoid until kitchen staff gets...

Its ok to enjoy indoor fountain... They do not have great view at the park at downtown... Pricy for the experience... (If is a rainy day... Forget to enjoy fountain tables) :( / no esta mal en patio posterior pero no tiene buena vista al parque , si esta lloviendo no creo que disfrutes estar en patio...
