Every time we come to Los Ayala near Guayabitos we come for breakfast and ribs when they are cooked on the grill that day. This trip 2 very good breakfasts mine eggs over easy which is hard to get cooks to do, bacon, 2 small pancakes and 3 pieces of fruit for 80 pesos! On Saturday we got the ribs with mashed potatoes and veggies... Properly cooked and delicious. Total 350 pesos ..170 for ribs which we split. My rib portion was side ribs, not back and only 3 ribs and super salty. Mashed potatoes were lumpy and cold. My wife's chicken was salty, sauce was terrible, nearly inedible.
