The service is impeccable—attentive without being intrusive—and the staff is highly knowledgeable about cuts, cooking methods, and wine pairings. Our server recommended the dry-aged ribeye, and it was perfection: beautifully marbled, cooked to a flawless medium-rare, and bursting with rich, buttery flavor.
The sides were just as impressive. The truffle mashed potatoes were silky smooth, and the grilled asparagus had the perfect char.
To top it all off, the dessert menu was just as stellar. We couldn’t resist the Big Ol’ Brownie was a rich chocolate brownie served warm, crowned with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with hot chocolate sauce, creating a gooey, delightful treat.
With top-tier ingredients, masterful execution, and an atmosphere that exudes classic steakhouse charm, the Texas Steakhouse is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates a great cut of meat. We’ll...
Read moreThis location was such a letdown. Our waitress didn't take our drink orders after sitting down nearly 20 minutes. The another 15 minutes passed in getting our drinks and placing our orders. When we received our meals, we asked for refills. We ended up finishing our meals, and we had no drinks. I ended up asking another waiter, Carlos, for refills. He was more attentive even though he had his own section. KUDOS for being awesome. One of the steaks was undercooked, and what seemed to be the manager took it back to be cooked at my guest's liking. We had also requested to have the saddle to celebrate my cousins birthday. Well, due to the terrible service we paid and walked out. As much as I love Texas Roadhouse in the US, the QRO location is by far the worst experience i have ever had. I will not be visiting this location...
Read moreFamily loved it, price was very fair (if you went to one in the States, we’d probably pay twice the amount). The only reason I didn’t give it five overall stars despite being five for food, service and atmosphere, was that I was still quite aware it was a chain restaurant. Like, the mac cheese and chilli didn’t quite “taste” high quality despite the awesome fries, steak, and drinks. They can’t all be bangers.
It’s busy so try to come when they open. I hope they have more staying power than shake shack that opened to much fanfare and looks abandoned here. I hope they don’t run the BBQ joint next door out of business. We’re in Mexico. Support local Mexican businesses. This place is great and I hope the employees are treated and paid well. Just something I have to get over, I...
