Food: most of the time pretty good, however it's not always up to standard. Quality can vary depending on what time you go. When it's later in the morning and they had their sauce on the boiler for while, the moisture evaporates and the sauce becomes extremely salty and they don't realize that.

Service: lots of communication issues between the waiters and kitchen. Either they don't communicate, or the kitchen refuses to listen. We've been here a few times and the kitchen NEVER listens to requests.

Atmosphere: a few times I was there, they allowed street vendors to come in and ask their customers for money and food. I brushed it off a few times but it seems like they keep letting it happen and it really makes it a poor dining experience. People who sell candies on the streets come to harass you.

Since they recently just updated their menu a few months ago and increased the prices of everything, I would certianly hope that the service and quality of atmosphere reflects the new price point. It would be very upsetting to be paying for a nice place and to be disturbed in the middle of a meal just because they don't care to prevent street vendors from bothering...

The service was bad and slow. It was a Tuesdays at 11 am so not a lot of people were here. Not helpful when we had a question about the menu. I ordered my food and 15 minutes after they told me they were out of it. So I ordered something different took a while and asked them for a togo box they told me they would do it for me, they took the food and didnt see it for another 10 minute. A doble deck cafe to have a talk, you can drink a good coffee and eat something from their breakfast menu or a sandwich in the afternoon, have a cold drink like the "taro frappe" a very particular drink from this place, they got a parking lot for your vehicle. Enjoy the terrace in both floors and ask for the small meeting room for your presentations.
