I really wanted to give this place 4 stars but I just can't. I think if I had the chance to visit again that the service had the potential to get better and I could reevaluate. But based on my one experience, I just have to go with 3 stars. The supervised play area / kids food place was so awesome. Tons of stuff for the kids to do, food that they like, movie theater and the kid supervisors in there were so nice to the kids! So this part, 4.5 stars. The .5 deduction was just that it would be perfect if perhaps they did a matching kid/parent wrist band and only let the kids out if there parent was right there. So the 3 stars was just because we didn't get served often. We were seated in a corner and constantly passed over. It was SO frustrating to watch the meat and drink servers serve everyone else while our plates were empty. I really wanted to eat more and try more of what they had, but just didn't get the chance. Same with drinks, after our first drink we just had empty cups. Ugh. The food that I did have was delicious. The assortment they offered was big. And the plates you could order were such big portions and very good. The salad and food self serve bars had some very tasty stuff. With the food assortment, the great taste, the large portions... Cada que vengo a Querétaro procuro ir a comer o cenar en este lugar, la mayoria de las veces ha estado muy rico y quedo satisfecho tanto en comida como en servicio, pero en las últimas dos ocasiones que he consumido aquí, no me he llevado una buena experiencia , cuando llegas y ordenas, al principio las personas que llevan los cortes son muy atentos pero después de un tiempo dejan de mostrar interés y tienes que estarlos llamando constantemente para que sigan llevando comida, lo cual es muy molesto, además que por las prisas algunos cortes o salen muy crudos o salen quemados y sin sabor, deberian poner atención en esos detalles, el 5 de diciembre acudí a comer y el servicio que nos brindo el mesero que nos atendió (un señor algo mayor y de semblante serio) no fue malo, pero tampoco fue el mejor, por lo que no le dejé propina, ya que es opcional, no le vi problema, pero la cereza del pastel fue el 15 de diciembre, fui a cenar y para mí suerte el mismo mesero mayor de semblante serio nos atendió, sinceramente no me agrado la idea por mi última experiencia con el, pero bueno, el servicio fue igual, no fue malo, pero tampoco el mejor aparte solicitamos con anticipación cuentas separadas, fue exactamente el mismo consumo en las dos cuentas, buffet, un refresco y una naranjada, pero al dividir las cuentas cargaron, buffet, 2 cocas y en otro, Buffet y 2 naranjadas lo que ocasionó que una cuenta fuera más cara que otra, en fin, no dije nada, pero por ese tipo de detalles no pensaba dejarle propina nuevamente, aparte que el servicio fue igual que la vez anterior, pedimos la cuenta, pagamos y el mesero al ver qué no dejé propina se acercó y me hizo el comentario de que si no le iba a dejar propina, le dije que no, que para otra ocasión tal vez, me comento, que era la 2da vez que lo hacía, que por que no le dejaba propina, que debía de dejarle un 10% del consumo, que por mi culpa a el le iba a tocar pagar mi comida, la verdad fue de muy mal gusto e incómodo que me haya hecho ese comentario tan fuera de lugar a lo que le respondí que la propina era opcional y me volvió a mencionar que por mi culpa le iba a tocar pagar mi comida, en ese momento quise decirle que llamara al gerente para revisar ese asunto pero no quise hacer mucho borlote, por lo que le volví a repetir que era opcional darle propina, solo ví que se rió y movió la cabeza como diciendo "si vienes a gastar aquí es por qué traes dinero, si no no vengas" esa fue mi impresión, y aclaro, yo si acostumbro a dejar propina, pero me tienen que brindar un buen servicio, no soy exigente, solo que sean amables y esten al pendiente, solo eso...a la gerencia del establecimiento, sería bueno que hablaran con su personal acerca de exigir propinas o en su defecto que les paguen más para no llegar a esas situación tan incómodas, ahora lo pensaré dos veces para decidir si ir o no a consumir a ese lugar, ya que no quisiera que me tocara el mismo mesero, en fin...el lugar es rescatable, los cortes de 500gr son buenos y de buen tamaño, si buscas facturar, aquí lo puedes hacer sin problemas en línea, solo recuerda dejar propina si no quieres problemas con el mesero mencionado...

This is Pampas a "Brazilian" style restaurant (at Plaza de toros) in Querétaro. I had a good experience from server (Hector) and Head server (Carlos) very focused to end customer's experience. Congratulations to both of them. They also allow me to mention their names in this review.

Perhaps some other (few) personnel are not that customer oriented. And from kitchen there are lots of delays if you request something from the menu.

Meals are of excellent quality. Drinks as well. This restaurant is very good option for lunch or dinner and if you are in the area around of Av. Constituyentes (at Plaza de toros area). This restaurant has parking lot so that is very convenient.

Since the concept is buffet you might need to expect crowds at times and not easy going place to conduct business meetings or meals as it is noisy at times.
