The place was full, deteriorated and it is outdated, buy we enter anyway because we had family inside waiting for us, since we sit on the table it took 7-10 minutes before any one come to the table to ask if we want coffee , we ask for it and it took 12 minutes for the coffee cups to come then we order and the breakfast take like 40 min. We ask to the waited why there were taking so long (when they had pass like 20 minutes since we order the food) and he said that they have troubles in the kitchen and that the food should be arriving in 5 minutos more, buy as I said I took another 20 min... Aun no puedo creer el mal momento que me hicieron pasar.

Realice un consumo el 17/07/2021. Durante mi estancia en el restaurante la atención fue lenta. Lo entiendo por la parte de que fue sábado a la hora del desayuno. Pedí un omelet y las papas en el interior estaban casi congeladas. En fin, solicité mi factura y me comentaron que me la mandaban dentro de dos días como máximo. Pasaron 5 días y les marque al número que tienen en Google. No me contestaron. Estuve marcando varios días a diferentes horas y no tenía respuesta. Decidí visitarlos solo para pedir mi factura el día 26/07/2021. Me atendieron de forma muy amable y me entregaron mi factura física en 10 minutos. Me comentaron que me enviarían mi factura al correo. Pasaron los días y no me mandaron nada. Intente marcar de nuevo y ahora el teléfono me mandaba a usuario ocupado. Ni siquiera sonaba. Hoy 28/07/2021 tuve que volver a ir para ver qué había pasado. Llegue 7:40 pm y le expliqué a la señorita lo que sucedió. Se fue un rato y regreso para que le apuntara el correo. Le apunté 3 correos para que no hubiera problema. Se va y regresa en otro rato. Me comento que ya me la habían mandado. Reviso mi correo y nada. Se va la chava y regresa en otro rato para ver si ya. Le digo que no y le marca a una persona por teléfono, le dicta el correo y se ríe a manera de burla. Me dice que lo revise. Me llegó un correo reenviado donde, el primer correo tenía escrito mal mi dirección, no se si a propósito ya que les escribí el correo de forma correcta. El correo que me llegó no tenía los archivos adjuntos. Le expliqué de mil formas a la señorita que no venían los datos adjuntos. Se va y no regresa por un rato. Cuando regresa, me dice que revise mi celular, que es el problema, le tuve que explicar de varias formas que tienen que reenviar el correo con los datos adjuntos. Se va, me llega un correo con los datos adjuntos. Es decir, estuve esperando 20 minutos porque pensaban que mi celular/correo no funcionaba. We had to walk around a bit to find it on one end of the mall. We were seated right away, but the service was very slow, even to get some coffee. My son loved his waffles and my daughter her pancakes. (As in, he's still talking about the waffles a week later.) I also enjoyed my "Rooty Tooty" pancakes, though they were apple not the strawberry I ordered.
