Our server tried to impress us with his English (we could speak Spanish so it was not needed,) so he was only half paying attention to our order as he entered it into his little electronic device. He tried very hard to upsell, trying to get us to order extras that were not included in our breakfast plates. We asked about each that he suggested, and he told us it was extra. Although our order arrived in an acceptable time frame, the service to get assistance afterwards was slow even though our side of the restaurant was not even half full. One of our plates had hot food, while the other was cooler than room temperature and had the wrong meat (and we were aware we were paying extra when we ordered it.) When we finally got the server after several minutes to tell him, we accepted the meat since it was already in the omelet, and he took the plate and microwaved it, returning in about 5 minutes or so. Another example of slowness: We asked for a refill of coffee. The server stopped at a number of tables after we asked to help other patrons and cleared dishes off an empty table, then disappeared for awhile before finally bringing our refills.
The food was not all that great tasting but it was edible. The plate that had been cool, not hot, must have been sitting on their counter far too long and was probably made for someone else since our food arrived quickly and the meat was not what we ordered.

Fue a hablar con sus supervisoras, que estaban en las cajas y las 3 personas que estaban volteando a verme y hablando entre ellas , mal gusto por cierto , después de un rato, llega de nuevo la señorita ANA y obvio molesta me pregunta que qué voy a querer? Y bueno , pedí una tal milanesa de cerdo que me llegó un bistec de res con lechuga y 3 mitades de jitomates que obviamente tardaron más en llevar a la mesa, y así cómo apurándome , y obvio con típicas palabras de que más? Ajá? Que más ? de verdad que es innecesario hacer este tipo de actitudes al cliente, no saben las necesidades ni las circunstancias en las que llegamos al restaurante, después de que llevo mi plato jamás se acercó a mi mesa a ofrecerme algo más a mí ni nada por el estilo, también trabajo en servicio al cliente y créeme ANA muy mal tu actitud por un cambio o cancelación que no te afecta ni a ti ni al restaurante. Sólo es vender la ensalada o llevártela :) espero...
