Our recent visit to this newly established sushi restaurant was nothing short of extraordinary. Initially, we had set out to dine at a different sushi establishment that we had frequented in the past. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the business had changed ownership and that the menu was entirely different. While we were initially hesitant to stay, we ultimately decided to give it a chance—and we are beyond grateful that we did.

Despite the fact that the restaurant was not yet officially open to the public, the team graciously accommodated us the day before their grand opening. This gesture alone demonstrated their commitment to hospitality and customer satisfaction.

It was evident that this is a family-owned establishment, as the care and attention to detail were palpable throughout our visit. The restaurant itself was spotlessly clean, with a serene and inviting ambiance. Unlike many dining venues that play excessively loud music, this restaurant provided a peaceful setting that allowed for a truly enjoyable dining experience. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally polite, attentive, and friendly, further enhancing our overall impression of the establishment.

As for the food—it was, without a doubt, some of the finest sushi we have ever had in Mexico. Every dish that emerged from the kitchen was a testament to the chef’s expertise and dedication to quality. The fish was incredibly fresh, the flavors were perfectly balanced, and each dish was seasoned with remarkable precision.

One particularly unique touch was the addition of rice noodles in the miso soup—something we had never experienced before. The soup itself was a standout, far exceeding the standard miso offerings found in many other establishments. It was clear that great care was taken in its preparation, as the depth of flavor was exceptional.

Our dining experience closely resembled an omakase-style meal, where the chef curated a selection of dishes for us. Every plate that was presented was executed to perfection, reflecting both technical mastery and creative flair.
