Mariscos Yiyo's — Restaurant in Ensenada

First there is no place to sit and enjoy your seafood and for me that's a major problem since I had back surgery and can't stand for long periods of time. I'm not going to lie the food is somewhat good but it's very expensive for the amount of food you get on your plate. They really over price for the tourist and that's a major NO,NO, for me. I tried other seafood stands in ensenada later that day and they were a lot tastier and plates better served for nearly half the cost of yiyo's. There were 4 of us that day we all ordered at the same time and my dad's order was the simplest of all a shrimp tostada it took them 40 minutes to serve a tostada of something they already have made in advance. We were almost done with our food when they brought my dad's shrimp tostada after reminding 3 different waiters about my dad's food. Would I recommend this place Hmmm... if you like to pay for overpriced food and get small quantities in return this is your spot otherwise not really. I would hit the smaller food stands around ensenada. Like the one just outside if Hotel Villa Marina this food stand is right on the corner outside the hotel and they have the best seafood I have tasted in ensenada and is very cheap and served very good. A PERSONAL FRIEND RECOMMENDED IT TO ME. We went to look for Yiyos since he moved out of Playa Hermosa, and I am glad we got to his new location. I tried the tostada de ceviche de camarón…..delicious!!!
