You can always tell a good Al Pastor place by the size of the meat spindle. The bigger the spindle, the more they plan to sell at night. Add to that locals lined up waiting to order you have a winner. This place is outside the tourist zone near the small house I rented. They only do perfectly made Al pastor, no menus ❤️🇲🇽 One of the main goals of this trip was eating Al Pastor. This place is a home run 😁😁😁

Ok! This place has the best adobada in my opinión that is not in mexico city.. The taste is incredible and i dont say that lightly..... This picture was after I had like 10 of them i couldn't stop they were so good! No justice in this picture... I also had the there lengua tacos and honestly there not memorable. Lack of flavor in my opinión. Get the adobada!!🙌🏽👌🏽😋

On our first night arriving in Ensenada, we went to have street tacos at an old place where I used to go. It's now a fancy tacos shack, but it still makes the best "tacos al pastor." They also have tacos de lengua and tacos de carne asada, but the best is tacos al pastor.

It’s 24 pesos ($1.12) for each taco....
