Rockstar Burger — Restaurant in Guanajuato

I was visiting Leon, Guanajuato in Mexico last weekend and I was craving a hamburger. I googled "best hamburgers in Leon" and Rockstar Burger was one of the very first ones to appear and it had pretty good reviews. My 14 year old son and I decided to give it a try. There was a small wait when we arrived but not very long and that's considering that the place was packed. Our server was very attentive, welcoming and friendly. He knew we were from out of town so he practiced his English on us. He did pretty good. My son ordered the "alitas" I don't recall what they are called but he went with the ones just above bbq expecting them not to be so hot, but they were pretty hot. Their fries are really good. Not a basic french fry. Their theme is rock and their burgers are named after rock bands or rock stars. I ordered the Sublime burger as a double. It was massive but I enjoyed every bite. La cerveza de Barril Heineken tenia un sabor entre jabon y plastico, informamos esto y la respuesta fue que la cerveza esta bien y no la podian cambiar, el vaso estaba astillado. My girlfriend wasn’t happy with the service. The first beer I ordered the glass was chipped and they took it back without complaint. The beer they brought back tasted like a combination of plastic and air freshener or perfume. Definitely not what Heineken is supposed to taste like. They wouldn’t give me money back for the bad beer and I was forced to buy a bottled beer. That tasted normal. Food was ok....

We visited Rockstar Burger, primarily because of a vloger I like. Luckily, we got there before the rush, but that didn't matter. We patiently waited about 45 min. to be served. Our burgers and fries were cold, and the ensalada had several brown and wilted lettuce in it. Even my strawberry lemonade wasn't mixed, so it wasn't tasty until I reached the non fresh whole strawberrys at the bottom. It's a well liked restaurant but in my opinion it's not worth...
