Lobo de Mar — Restaurant in Guerrero

I stopped by on their opening day in November, 2022 and enjoyed a delicious chicken sandwich on homemade focaccia. The seating is open, bright and comfortable. The sandwich was prepared at the moment, hot of the grill and delicious, paired with one of the several mocktails it was a wonderful healthy lunch. On our final day in Troncones we messaged for lunch to be delivered so we could spend as much time by the pool as possible. Our food was delivered right on time. The rainbow Veggie sandwich was delicious (I will order this again) and the Khan salad was stupendous! Fresh crunchy salads are something that I miss when visiting and these are exactly what I look for in a salad. We also had two cucumber collins drinks in a great spill proof pouch that we dressed up with the last of our rum! Lobo De Mar is a wonderful addition to the myriad restaurants in Troncones, and I look forward to our next visit...

We love this place!! Not your typical mexican food but its a super nice change!!! Yummy creatively filled wraps made with home made large tortillas lighted grilled to perfection. Also their sandwiches are made with an amazing homemade focaccia bread. The salads are big, fresh, creative and AMAZING!!! I love their mock tails esp the coconut lemonade is to die for!! My husband got a mezcal cocktail that he loved. We eat in…we order take out and we get delivery. They are our new GO TO! Did I mention how friendly the two owners are? They are the best. And they welcome well...

Here’s the deal: when you get to T intersection in Troncones TURN LEFT or you will miss this gem!!!

The reward for finding Lobo de Mar is worth that left turn: honest food from scratch, made with love and served with it as well. And yes, everything you will read in the other reviews about their mocktails is true. Not only are are they nicely crafted, but they are fairly priced which is rare anywhere.
