Absolutely Incredible Experience!

From the moment we arrived, everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a cozy charm that made us feel right at home. But what truly set this experience apart was the food and the outstanding service.

The risotto was hands-down the best I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked, creamy, and full of rich, balanced flavors. Every bite was a treat. The cheese fondue was also phenomenal—warm, velvety, and packed with deep, savory notes that paired beautifully with the fresh assortment of dippables. It was the kind of meal you never want to end.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for special occasions.

I went with my family for Christmas Eve, and while the place was beautifully decorated, the overall experience was disappointing. The service was far from what you’d expect for such an event.

Our food arrived 45 minutes after ordering, and when it finally came, it was served cold and portions smaller than what it's offered in the men). The waiter did not check in regularly, allowing our drinks to run out. We were seated at a table far too large for our group, making it difficult to hear each other. To make matters worse, the music volume was so high that we couldn’t hear anyone beyond the person sitting next to us.

When we brought up the delay with the manager, their response was defensive rather than apologetic.

Como ya habrán visto en la mayoría de los comentarios el lugar está increíble, es muy bonita la vista, la decoración, el ambiente.

Comida: Pero a lo que va uno que es a comer y ahí si tienen un área de oportunidad muy muy grande, la comida está muy básica, los sabores son simples, cuando vas a este tipo de lugares a pagar cuentas altas esperas que la comida sea deliciosa y no lo fue, solo la entrada que pedimos que fue un fundiu estuvo buena y el pan es delicioso, pero yo pedí pulpo a las brazas y fue algo muy básico, mi familia pidieron pastas e igual sabores que los puedes encontrar en italiannis por ejemplo pagano la tercera parte de lo que cuesta acá, necesitan mejorar su sazón definitivamente.

Mitología: Salvo en cocotel que se llama Pink Gin (que subo la foto) es el único que rescato a las bebidas ya que su carta de mixologia es muy escasa y no hya tanta variedad y de los otros cócteles que pedimos desde con y sin alcohol fueron exageradamente básicos, eso si un cóctel pedimos que nos lo cambiarán y sin problemas lo hicieron pero de verdad nos trajeron otro y era solo un poco menos malo que el otro, no hay esos sabores que por ejemplo encuentras en zibu o en otros restaurantes de esa altura en donde la mixologia es algo delicioso, si vas a pagar mas de $300 por un cocotel si esperas que el sabor sea único y diferente a lo convencional.

Servicio: El servicio es muy bueno, desde la recepción no me puede quejar, paso un capitán a ver que todo estuviera y orden y en general el servicio si es loq ue uno espera, el tema que hay es que el mesero te quiere vender lo mas caro sin hacer una venta sugestiva, es decir no solo es recomendable al cliente lo mas caro de la carta, sino realmente recomendar algo que le vaya a gustar, se ve que los han de presionar con el tema de ticket promedio porque si fue un poco hostigoso para mas recomendaciones, quería meternos un montón de entradas y cosas de ese tipo cuando no es necesario, pero fuera de eso el servicio estuviera muy bien.

Regresaría??? Difícilmente, considero que para lo que pagas aquí, puedes encontrar mejores opciones en la ciudad que están a la altura en la comida y en la mixologia.
