There was a lot of good and quite many things also that bothered. So 3 at the moment is a fair rating. I would rate 5 for the view and the possibility of having private pool. I would rate 1 for not getting a decent breakfast for this price - buns and cookies every day? Come on... I would rate 2 for the pool cleaning service - the first 3 days we had pool cleaning and on the last day, inbetween - no flowers, although other pools got them and no cleaning. I would rate 3 for room overall - the rooms are a bit outdated and would need a refreshment in renovation sense, the fridge didn't really freeze a lot, although, thumbs up, that the room had quite nicely spacious fridge. I would rate 5 for the cleaning service - the ladies who cleaned every day were absolutely wonderful! So polite and did their job really really well! I would rate 3 for the service at the front desk - although polite, it was very cold service, not much smiles. Polite yes, but a bit of friendliness would have been great :) I would rate 2 for the possibilities to eat on spot - the drinks are very expensive and no possibility to have dinner on property. The large pool by the sea was nice, but the restaurant there is not working at the moment either. Only drinks bar was working. It was a bit sad sight. So, at the moment this is my rating, 3 - it was OK. The views were beautiful, but it is not only the view that makes the stay memorable :) I hope to return one day after Corona-time and maybe there will be some improvements by that time and I'd then gladly rate the otherwise really well located and with amazing view Las Brisas Acapulco...

We would love to add an additional star to the rating. From the moment we arrived until our departure EVERYTHING was PERFECT. The service was absolutely outstanding, from all staff members. The room we had and our view was like a dream i never wanted to awaken from. The staff made our reservations, for where ever we wanted to go, we barley had to lift a finger. The restaurant at Las Brisas Hotel was divine. The food so delicate and flavorful. It was easy to tell the people in the kitchen have a passion for their job. If you want to get your work out in on vacation, you wont find a gym with a better view then the on at Las Brisas! Sergio, and all the guys at their travel agency were so amazing. We we had so much fun on our tours of Historical Acapulco and of the Bonita (Beautiful) Lagoon. Make sure to bring goggles and a snorkel to their Beach Club! There is a picture of a small part of it below, (Richie drinking a coco loco). The bar staff really knew how to make a great drink. There were 2 lovely Ocean swimming areas that you can see beautiful fish and crabs if you snorkel (for free here). Also a swim up bar in the pool. I shared a picture of the view from the Beach Club restaurant, which was excellent. We didn't want to leave, and when we missed our flight. these guys did not leave us stranded in Mexico. They stayed with us until all was sorted out, in those STRESSFUL hours, their presence meant so much!! All the staff felt like an instant friend. Pablo, Edward and all the guys up front spoke English very well and went above and beyond, we cannot wait to return! sincerely, Alli McCarthy &...

Our trip was very disappointing, we upgraded from a beach club suite and paid $480 to upgrade to room 466 for 5 nights. The problem was the room next door was under construction, so we smelled paint, heard construction noises definitely not what I had in mind for a relaxing trip. I reached out to management and they stopped the construction workers but only to keep returning each day. I felt the Las Brisas staff used very poor judgement by placing us here. The hotel was empty so I couldn't understand the logic in putting us next to a room being renovated. The final straw was when construction workers were on the roof and could see into our glass top shower and private pool in the back. I complained and spoke to Azalia who is a manger, I asked to speak to Rubén Rosales who is the top guy but he never had the courtesy to speak with me or return my call. I wanted to ensure that he was aware of this glaring issue and how we were being treated I ended up getting my upgrade fee refunded but it wasn't about the money our trip was ruined due to the lack of privacy which is why one goes to Las Brisas.

In fairness it was not all bad, all the Jeep drivers were over the top welcoming and ended up being a bright spot on our trip. The sunset bar was also a bright spot for us, as you can imagine the sunsets were amazing from here.

Would I return, I don't think I could over look this trip and would likely just...
