Park Royal Beach Acapulco — Hotel in Guerrero

The beach section is small. The pool is undersized considering the number of guests. They are always running out of food and popular menu items. The quality and the variety of food was lack luster. I was bored by the bland flavors and lack of options after day 3.

That said, the views from the rooms are breath taking (if you ignore the petrol ship the comes around and drops anchor for a few days and the ever present tug boat). The beach, while small, has calm waters and is a pleasant temperature. The staff was kind and responsive but don't expect them to be going out of thier way to serve you drinks by the beach/pool. Not that I have a family with kids, but if I did I could see this hotel as a great family friendly environment unlike some hotels I have been to. The rooms were ok and have tiny awkward bathrooms, also do not expect a mini fridge or room service as neither are options...

The staff all very nice and attentive except for Hugo. I know you|Guys want to sell memberships but having to avoid him all day and saying no more than 10 times is obnoxious and so rude and made us not enjoy our time here. The kids pool is awesome. The biggest comment here I have is the food and drink selection. It is the worst food I have ever encountered at a resort and we travel around twice a month. We drink beer and all they have is Tecate light. Gross. The first night we ended up going to McDonald’s and in the morning grabbed a ramen from the store. So paid for all inclusive and then Had to buy all the food and drink extra it was...

The food is horrible (I don't mean bad, I really mean horrible). The drinks are okayish. I never have any expectations on an all incluse vacation but this hotel managed to still disappoint.

it's not 4 but maybe 2 stars and the price is what makes it a 1 star review from my perspective. The rooms are actually nice but there is a lot of noise of constant renovations which don't let you rest. View of the coast is great but the water in the ocean is dirty and the beach part is super small and packed.

I would not recommend to go here, as there are plenty of better options in Acapulco. Will not come again and regret the choice of...
