I stumbled upon this gem by chance, and what a wonderful surprise! My experience was so exceptional that I returned for three consecutive nights of mouth-watering fish dinners. The pièce de résistance was the 4-pound fried whole red snapper - absolutely divine and a personal favorite! Manager Gabriel Tairot truly excels in providing top-notch customer service, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience. His attention to detail is impressive, and he even arranged taxi services for the remainder of my trip with the reliable Taxi 0283 Moises Rios. The servers were equally impressive, with Victors, Armando, and Teresa providing outstanding service. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant dining experience is genuinely appreciated. If my belly could talk, it would sing praises for Gabriel and Pescao's exceptional service! I'll definitely be back for another...

Pero en ocasiones el crítico si se arriesga cada vez que descubre y defiende algo nuevo… el mundo suele ser cruel con el nuevo talento, las nuevas creaciones… lo nuevo, necesita amigos. Anoche experimente algo nuevo, una extraordinaria cena de una fuente singular e inesperada, decir sólo que la comida y su creador han desafiado mis prejuicios sobre la buena cocina subestimaría la realidad. Me han tocado en lo más profundo. En el pasado, jamás oculté mi desdén por el famoso lema del chef Gusteau: ´Cualquiera puede cocinar´. Pero al fin me doy cuenta de lo que quiso decir en realidad: ´No cualquiera puede convertirse en un gran artista, pero un gran artista puede provenir de cualquier lado´. Es difícil imaginar un origen más humilde que el del genio que ahora cocina en el restaurante el Pesca'O, y quien, en opinión de este crítico, es nada menos que el mejor chef de Acapulco.
